Our teams in CTLI support evidence- and research-based approaches to improving teaching and learning in all areas of Lethbridge College. Our Educational Development and Learning Experience Design teams provide vision, leadership, and support in course and curriculum design, teaching strategies and research, and professional development opportunities for LC instructors. We maintain a dynamic portfolio of services and supports to remain responsive to the current and future needs of instructors and the institution, and initiate a variety of projects to advance excellence in teaching and learning. Our goal is to ensure early, mid, and late career instructors at Lethbridge College have the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate learning in ways that meet the needs of diverse learners in a variety of learning environments.
