For students who are learning how to use Excel, there are many resources available online that can help you get started. We have provided links below to some of the resources we feel will be the most helpful to Lethbridge College students. 

  • Microsoft training offers tutorials that take you through the basics of using Excel.
    Microsoft’s Excel video training
  • LinkedIn Learning has an online course that covers topics like entering data, formulas, and functions, formatting, adjusting worksheet layout and data, charts, data management, and more! You can go through the entire course or proceed to the component that is most relevant to your specific needs.

  • GCFGlobal is another great resource with many different video tutorials for using Excel.

  • Want to do some deeper learning? Lethbridge College offers an Introduction to Computers course in the Fall term. In the course, you can learn about Excel, in addition to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and more.
