Inside our process:

Our micro-credentials are the product of collaboration between many groups, including subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, media specialists, writers and formatters. We want to ensure that these micro learning experiences are flexible, tangible, relevant and engaging, follow Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and offer a consistent format. To guide the development of our micro-credentials, we have put together a framework and a handbook.
