The Process
Step 1: Finger Wiggle.
- With both fists raised, raise your index fingers.
- Flick both index fingers to the right, then to the left.
- Repeat 10 times, flicking right and left.

Step 2: Finger Waggle.
- Now, flick your index fingers away from each other, then in towards each other.
- Repeat ten times, flicking out and in.

Step 3: Now again!
- Repeat Step 1, flicking index fingers side to side, this time flicking your index fingers to the LEFT, then the right.
- Repeat ten times.

Step 4: And once more.
- Repeat the second step, flicking your fingers first towards each other, then apart from each other.
- Repeat ten times.

Step 5: Feel Refreshed?
- Repeat both exercises a few times until your mind feels more focused and clearer.

Design Hack
It takes practice – I would practice it myself until I could do it fairly well before demonstrating for students.
